guidelines and Cancellations Policies

All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice, while we maintain and sustain our community studio. By attending class you are agreeing to our guidelines and policies. 


  1. Given the private nature of our studio, signing up means you are personally reserving a yoga instructor.  Please do not sign up for a class and not show there are fees involved.

  2. Sign into class online within :30 mins of class start time. If there are any problems with the sign up, feel free to text or call the Member Hotline 917-498-9300

  3. No one is admitted 5 minutes after class start time. Arrival past the 5 minutes before class start time, may result in forfeit of your reserved space. 

  4. No shoes in studio. Yoga is best practiced barefoot, so be prepared to remove your shoes on the rug upon entry. Do not walk on our floors at anytime with shoes. Preferably remove your socks, too!

  5. Be clean (body and clothing) and odor free. You practice in close proximity with others. Be kind to yourself and everyone with a clean body and clothing. If not adhered, we may ask you to leave.  

  6. No children or pets. Although we love little ones, our classes currently are catered to adult humans only. There are no children or animals allowed in the studio at any time. 
  7. Skip the perfume, lotions and oils. while it smells great on your date, your yoga mates might not appreciate it. No body lotions and body/hair oils in the yoga hammocks or bolsters.  

  8. No cell phones are allowed to be on in the studio. Ringing cell phones can be very disruptive. Please allow yourself to be “unplugged” while you are here.

  9. Payment and fees are due in full at the time of registration or class time.
  10. All Clients must keep a credit card with up-to-date billing info on their account in good standing or their account will be placed in inactive status.


One-time trial class and workshop clients do not apply.



Members - Yoga Pass - Monthly Clients 


Early Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted 12 hours prior to class time. Clients may Early Cancel a booked class 12 hours or more before class time with no penalty. Class cancellation can be submitted via our Branded App, MindBody Connect online or app, via email or by texting our Member Hotline.


Late Cancel- $10

We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur. Every late cancellation is subject to the $10 fee. It is at our sole discretion to extend a courtesy and waive the late cancellation fee for the first occurrence. You may not see the fees charged on the same day of the occurrence. 


Absent No Show/ No Cancel- $25

A No-Show/No-Cancel means reserving a class but not attending and not canceling out of the class.  A No Show/ No Cancel is different from Late canceling, a No Show means not attending and not canceling. We ask that you ALWAYS cancel out of class if you cannot attend. If you reserve a spot and do not cancel out of class this incurs an automatic $25 charge to your member account.  This is our full Single Class price. There are no grace occurrence of a No Show/ No Cancels. 

Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. Demand for our classes are high, no-shows and no-cancels limit others from participating in classes who have been waitlisted or who would rather attend.

Note: There is no waiving No Shows/No Cancel fees. All No Shows and No Cancels incur an automatic $25 charge. No Exceptions.

Single Class or trial client- No Fee

A Late Cancel and or No Show / No Cancel will result in a forfeit of the class fee paid. No additional fees will be charged but you will not be able to use the class at a later time.  A missed class cannot be transferred or used for another date. No Exceptions.



All workshop sales are final with no refunds. Workshops cannot be transferred to other workshops. Please be sure that you can attend before purchasing any workshop classes. 

Membership Cancellation Guidelines


All memberships AUTO RENEW

All memberships will auto renew unless the client sends an email to cancel.  It is the client's responsibility to stop the automatic payment before the date that their monthly membership renews.

  • Membership cancellations require 5 business days notice prior to the monthly billing date.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email to
  • Once the membership auto renews, the same terms and conditions apply that were set forth in the original agreement. 
  • If a cancellation request is received via email after a client's credit card has been charged, there will be no refund provided. No Exceptions.

It's easy to cancel! Please request a cancellation by sending us an e-mail to, five days before your billing date. If a confirmation email has not been received within (1) business day, please call the studio manager. 

  • Membership cancellations require 5 business days notice prior to the monthly billing date.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email to Verbal conversations, text messages, phone calls and other forms of communication are not acceptable. 
  • If cancellation is received after 5 business days prior to your billing date, there will be a 45% service charge to stop payment on a credit card. To avoid service charges, all cancellation requests must occur 5 business days before your billing date via confirmed email.  
  • There will be no refunds for the month once you signed up for classes. 
  • There will be no refunds If a cancellation request has been received after credit card is charged. 
  • Under no circumstances are date extensions granted.
  • Monthly memberships may not be used by, or transferred to, another person.

membership Suspension

Your membership can be placed on hold for any reason up to a maximum of 3 months.  Perfect if you need to take a break or going on holiday!

  • Suspensions are for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 3 consecutive months.
  • The suspension starts on your billing cycle date only and runs from cycle to cycle. 
  • All membership suspensions must be submitted via email to
  • Membership suspensions require 5 business days notice prior to the monthly billing date.
  • Members are allowed only 1 suspension in a 6 month period. 


  • There are no refunds on any Trial Classes, Drop Ins, Yoga Pass, Class Packs, or Memberships. 
  • There are no transfers on any Trial Classes, Drop Ins, Yoga Pass, Class Packs, or Memberships. 

Expiration dates


Single class - Trial Class - 1 week yoga pass

  • Expires 1 month after sale date


Unlimited Monthly Membership

  • No expiration date and auto renewing.
