Wear loose, comfortable clothing and dress in layers so you can adjust should you get hot or cool. 

At And Yoga, we invite you to come as you are. You don't have to be fit or flexible to benefit from yoga and our teachers are great at modifying the practice to meet the needs of each individual student. Our non-competitive class environment will make you feel right at home, whatever shape, size, or age you are. 


  1. Given the private nature of our studio, signing up means you are personally reserving a yoga instructor.  Please do not sign up for a class and not show.

  2. Please sign up in the studio or online within 2 hrs of class start time. Due to class size and availability we do not accept walk-ins. If there are any problems with the sign up, feel free to call the studio manager to check in.

  3. No one is admitted 5 minutes after class start time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Arrival past the 5 minutes before class start time, may result in forfeit of your reserved space. 

  4. No shoes in studio. Yoga is best practiced barefoot, so be prepared to remove your shoes on the rug upon entry. Preferably you will remove your socks, too!
  5. No body lotions and body/hair oils in the yoga hammocks. We recommend to come to class clean, wearing light pants or long tights and hair pulled up.
  6. Bring any props you wish to use in your practice, such as a mat, strap, block, blanket, and practice rug. If you do not have these items, many of them are available for rental or purchase in our boutique. Remember to bring your own towel. $2 Mat Rental
  7. No children. Although we love little ones, our classes currently are catered to adults only.
  8. Skip the perfume. while it smells great on your date, your yoga mates might not appreciate it. 
  9. No cell phones are allowed to be on in the studio. Ringing cell phones can be very disruptive. Please allow yourself to be “unplugged” while you are here.
  10. Mention any injuries or special conditions to the teacher at the beginning of the class so he or she can better guide you.
  11. Payment and fees are due in full at the time of registration or class time.
  12. Arrive 10 - 15 minutes before class to sign in, take care of payment arrangements if registering that day, and find your space.
  13. All Clients must keep a credit card with up-to-date billing info on their account in good standing or their account will be placed in inactive status.


There is only one (1) client on the waitlist per class. Being on the waitlist means you're being placed next in line if someone cancels before class start time. Sometimes we are able to alert clients when they're added to class, typically this is via text msg and/or email.

The exact same cancelation rules apply to the waitlist, it's ultimately the clients responsibility to check if they've been added into class. If you are on the waitlist and were added to class but do not show you will be charged a cancelation fee. 

A waitlist person can also show up early to class and if a client comes late, they will receive a spot in class. Late is 5 minutes before class start time.  If waitlisted, and arrive early may not guarantee a class spot but sometimes its worth a try. 



Members or Yoga Pass clients


Cancellations must be submitted 12 hours prior to class time. Clients may Early Cancel a booked class 12 hours or more before class time with no penalty. Class cancellation can be submitted via MindBody Connect, our website, or via email.



We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur. Every member is allotted one grace occurrence every month of late canceling a reservation in less than 12 hours of class time. However, every canceling thereafter will result in a $10 charge to your membership account. 


No Show/ No CANCEL- $22

A No-Show/No-Cancel means reserving a class but not attending and not canceling out of the class.  A No Show/ No Cancel is different from Late canceling, a No Show means not attending and not canceling. We ask that you ALWAYS cancel out of class if you cannot attend. If you reserve a spot and do not cancel out of class this incurs an automatic $22 charge to your member account.  There are no grace occurrence of a No Show/ No Cancels. One grace occurrence only applies to late canceling. 

Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. Demand for our classes are high, no-shows and no-cancels limit others from participating in classes who have been waitlisted or who would rather attend.

Note: There is no waiving No Shows/No Cancel fees. All No Shows and No Cancels incur an automatic $22 charge. No Exceptions.

Single Class or trial clients

A Late Cancel and or No Show / No Cancel will result in a forfeit of the class fee paid. No additional fees will be charged but you will not be able to use the class at a later time.  A missed class cannot be transferred or used for another date. No Exceptions.


All memberships AUTO RENEW

All memberships will auto renew unless the client sends an email to cancel.  It is the client's responsibility to stop the automatic payment before the date that their monthly membership renews.

  • Membership cancellations require 5 business days notice prior to the monthly billing date.

  • Once the membership auto renews, the same terms and conditions apply that were set forth in the original agreement. 
  • If a cancellation request is received via email after a client's credit card has been charged, there will be no refund provided. No Exceptions.

It's easy to cancel! Please request a cancellation by sending us an e-mail to, five days before your billing date. If a confirmation email has not been received within (1) business day, please call the studio manager. 

  • Membership cancellations require 5 business days notice prior to the monthly billing date.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email to Verbal conversations, text messages, phone calls and other forms of communication are not acceptable. 
  • If cancellation is received after 5 business days prior to your billing date, there will be a 45% service charge to stop payment on a credit card. To avoid service charges, all cancellation requests must occur 5 business days before your billing date via confirmed email.  
  • There will be no refunds for the month once you signed up for classes. 
  • There will be no refunds If a cancellation request has been received after credit card is charged. 
  • Under no circumstances are date extensions granted.
  • Monthly memberships may not be used by, or transferred to, another person.

membership Suspension Policy

Your membership can be placed on hold for any reason up to a maximum of 3 months.  Perfect if you need to take a break or going on holiday!

  • Suspensions are for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 3 consecutive months.
  • The suspension starts on your billing cycle date only and runs from cycle to cycle. 
  • All membership suspensions must be submitted via email to
  • Membership suspensions require 5 business days notice prior to the monthly billing date.
  • Members are allowed only 1 suspension in a 6 month period. 


  • There are no refunds on any Trial Classes, Drop Ins, Yoga Pass, Class Packs, or Memberships. 
  • There are no transfers on any Trial Classes, Drop Ins, Yoga Pass, Class Packs, or Memberships. 

Expiration dates


Trial Class - 1 week yoga pass - single class

  • Expires 1 month after sale date


Class Packs

  • 3 Class Packs - Expires 1 month after the sale date.
  • 5 Class Packs - Expires 2 months after the sale date.
  • 10 Class Packs - Expires 3 months after the sale date.
  • 20 Class Packs - Expires 6 months after the sale date.


Unlimited Monthly Membership

  • No expiration date and auto renewing. 


Our community classes are accessible to everyone regardless of financial means. Let's all respect the community guidelines, our teachers who volunteer and our limited class size so we can continue to create great karma in the world.

  1. Due to our limited class size, we cannot accept an ABSENCE OR LATE CANCEL. An ABSENCE OR LATE CANCEL will prevent you from signing up for future community classes. 
  2. Please do not sign up for the Community Classes if you are a client of our studio. Clients are members who have a current membership, class pack, yoga pass, or are on any trial basis with our studio.
  3. Community classes are free but donations are appreciated.
