guidelines and Cancellations Policies
All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice, while we maintain and sustain our community studio. By attending class you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies.
Given the private nature of our studio, signing up means you are personally reserving a yoga instructor. Please do not sign up for a class and not show there are fees involved.
Online booking ends :30 mins prior to class start time. If there are any problems with class booking, feel free to text or call the Member Hotline 917-498-9300
No one is admitted 5 minutes after class start time. Arrival past the 5 minutes before class start time, may result in forfeit of your reserved space. Late comers are disruptive to class, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class start time. Not to early though, no one will be there to let you in!
No shoes in studio. Yoga is best practiced barefoot, so be prepared to remove your shoes on the rug upon entry. Do not walk on our floors at anytime with shoes. Preferably remove your socks, too!
Be clean (body and clothing) and odor free. You practice in close proximity with others. Be kind to yourself and everyone with a clean body and clothing. If not adhered to, we may ask you to leave.
No children or pets. Although we love little ones, our classes currently are catered to adult humans only. There are no children or animals allowed in the studio at any time.
Skip the perfume, lotions and oils. while it smells great on your date, your yoga mates might not appreciate it. No body lotions and body/hair oils in the yoga hammocks or bolsters.
No cell phones are allowed to be on in the studio. Ringing cell phones can be very disruptive. Please allow yourself to be “unplugged” while you are here.
Payment and fees are due in full at the time of registration or class start time.
All clients must keep a credit card with up-to-date billing info on their account. Membership auto-pays and class cancellation policy violation fees must be paid in full to keep the account in good standing, failure to do so will place your account on hold and possibly be reported to the credit bureaus. Keep your member account in good standing!

It takes a lot to run a studio and provide quality offerings to our clients.
We try and offer you the best services possible. In order to do that, please be sure that you're booking the correct service and can attend classes, workshops, and be able to use the membership or services in the specified time allotted. We do not offer refunds of classes, memberships or workshops purchased. Its your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non use of services are not grounds for a refund. In some instances, per our discretion we can apply a credit to your account.
CLASS CANCELLATION guidelines
Members - Yoga Pass - Monthly Clients
Early Cancellations must be submitted 12 hours prior to class time. Members may Early Cancel a booked class 12 hours or more before class start time without a penalty. Class cancellations can be submitted via your online account, our branded app, via email or by texting our Member Hotline - 1-917-498-9300.
Late Cancel- $10
Late Cancelation is a class cancelled within 12 hours of class start time. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur, but every late cancellation is subject to the $10 fee. As of March 1st, 2017 all late cancellations will charged. - There is no waiving of the fee on the first occurrence. Pay-As-You-Go Clients do not apply but class fee paid will be forfeited. Absent No Show/ No Cancel- $25
An Absent No-Show/No-Cancel is (different from Late Canceling) means booking a class, not attending and not late canceling out of that class - no show. We ask that you ALWAYS cancel out of class that you cannot attend. If members book a class spot and absent no-show there will be $25 charged to the member account. Pay-As-You-Go Clients do not apply but class fee paid will be forfeited. Unlimited Month Clients or Promo Clients may have their accounts placed on hold for violating class cancellation policies.
Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. Demand for our classes are very high, no-shows and no-cancels limit other members from participating in classes and is disruptive to our Member Community.
Note: There is no graces occurrences or waiving No Shows/No Cancel fees. All No Shows and No Cancels incur an automatic $25 charge. No Exceptions.
Single Class Drop In
If you purchased a Single Class Drop-In this will not result in additional charges but will results in the forfeiture of the class fee paid. No additional fees will be charged but you will not be able to use the class at a later time. A missed class cannot be transferred or used for another date. No Exceptions.
Unlimited Month, 1-Week Yoga Pass, promo CliEnts
If you purchased an Unlimited Month, 1-Week Yoga Pass or any Promo you will not be charged for the first class cancellation violation, however your yoga pass will be placed on hold for violating our class cancellation policies. Once on hold, our guidelines and class cancellation policies must be acknowledged via email to resume classes. All future occurrences will incur the normal class cancellation fee. If your yoga pass is placed on hold for violating the class cancellation policy, we are not responsible for any make-up classes or days that your account was on hold.
All workshop sales are final with no refunds. Arrive early to claim your spot, late admittance (5 mins after start time) is not allowed. Workshops cannot be transferred to other workshops. Please be sure that you can attend before purchasing any workshop classes.
Membership Cancellation Guidelines
It's easy to cancel!
Send a membership cancellation request email to firstname.lastname@example.org, at anytime prior to 5 days before your monthly billing cycle date.
An email sent to the correct email address above is proof of your membership cancellation request. We will confirm the request once it has been processed. If a confirmation email has not been received within three (3) business days, please call the studio.
Membership cancellations require 5 business days notice prior to the monthly billing date.
A membership cancellation request sent within the 5 day period prior to your monthly billing date will incur a 45% service charge to cancel. To avoid service charges, all cancellation requests must occur 5 business days before your billing date via email.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to email@example.com. Verbal conversations, text messages, phone calls and other forms of communication are not acceptable.
There are no refunds If a membership cancellation request has been received after card is charged.
Under no circumstances are date extensions granted.
Monthly memberships may not be used by, or transferred to, another person.

If a cancellation request is received via email after a client's credit card has been charged, there will be no refund provided. No Exceptions.
All memberships AUTO RENEW
All memberships will auto renew unless the client sends an email to cancel. It is the client's responsibility to stop the automatic payment before the date that their monthly membership renews.
Once the membership auto renews, the same terms and conditions apply that are in the original agreement and set forth in these current guidelines/cancellations policy on this page.
Your membership can be placed on hold for any reason up to a maximum of 3 months. Perfect if you need to take a break or going on holiday!

All membership changes must be submitted via email 5 days before your monthly billing cycle date.
If a membership suspension or hold request is sent within the 5 day period prior to your monthly billing date the suspension cannot be processed.
Suspensions can only be processed for a minimum of one (1) month - billing cycle to billing cycle.
Membership Suspension or holds are a maximum of 3 consecutive months, unless otherwise authorized by the general manager in writing.
All membership suspensions must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are no refunds on any Trial Classes, Drop Ins, Yoga Pass, Class Packs, or Memberships.
There are no transfers on any Trial Classes, Drop Ins, Yoga Pass, Class Packs, or Memberships.
Class Credit Rollovers
Yoga Memberships classes credits do not rollover. Members receive the same number of classes each billing cycle.
Single class - Unlimited Trial Month - 1 week yoga pass
Expires 1 month after sale date
Monthly auto-pay memberships have no expiration date and are all auto renewing each month until cancellation.
6 Month or Yearly Yoga membership do not auto renew.
